- Safety Incentive program for all employees
- Annual Safe Driving Awards based on years of driving accident free
- Quarterly Alcohol and Drug testing of all employees on a random basis
- Regular review of employee and applicant driving records
- Pre-trip inspections of trucks completed daily by all drivers
- Preventative Maintenance program for all trucks and equipment ; monitored by our in-house maintenance team
- Company-wide meetings twice per season to review safety topics and defensive driving techniques
- Company joint labor/management safety committee
- Regular jobsite inspections
- Consistent monitoring of plant air emissions and above-ground and underground tank structures
